FloGrown was born from a love for Florida and the unique environment that it offers. Founded in 2011 by two friends from Southwest Florida with a passion for surfing, hunting, fishing, and mudding looking for a way to differentiate themselves from the tourists and snowbirds that frequented their hometown. Proud of the fact that they could surf in the morning, fish in the afternoon, and be in the mud by campfire that night, they had always felt there was something unique and special about the experience that growing up in Florida offered. While the brands initial recognition came from mud events in Southwest Florida, it was born in Orlando and operations are still ran there today.
